Geogrid Soil Stabilization System Philippines

Vertigrow Geogrid is a high-strength polymer reinforcement designed to improve soil performance by increasing load distribution, confinement, and structural stability. It is widely used in road construction, slope protection, retaining walls, and ground improvement projects where weak or unstable soil conditions are present.

By interlocking with aggregate and soil, Vertigrow Geogrid significantly reduces settlement, rutting, and erosion—resulting in longer-lasting and more cost-efficient infrastructure.

Key Benefits

  • Enhances load distribution: Spreads applied loads over a wider area, reducing stress on weak subgrades.
  • Improves soil strength and stability: Provides tensile reinforcement to prevent lateral soil movement.
  • Reduces aggregate thickness: Optimizes material usage while maintaining structural performance.
  • Controls rutting and settlement: Ideal for roads, driveways, and temporary access paths.
  • Fast and Easy installation: Lightweight, flexible, and easy to cut on site.
  • Long service life:Resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and biological degradation.

Typical Applications

  • Road base and sub-base reinforcement
  • Temporary and permanent access roads
  • Parking areas and industrial pavements
  • Slope stabilization and embankments
  • Retaining wall reinforcement
  • Soft soil and weak subgrade improvement
  • Erosion control systems

How it works

Vertigrow Geogrid interlocks with aggregate layers, creating a mechanically stabilized layer. This confinement increases shear resistance and prevents lateral spreading of soil under load—resulting in improved bearing capacity and overall ground performance.

Installation Overview

  1. Prepare and level the subgrade
  2. Roll out Vertigrow Geogrid directly on prepared surface
  3. Overlap joints as required by design
  4. Place aggregate fill on top (do not drive directly on exposed geogrid)
  5. Compact fill to specified density

Why Choose Vertigrow Geogrid

Vertigrow Geogrid is engineered to meet the demands of modern infrastructure and landscape projects—delivering strength, reliability, and cost efficiency without compromising ease of installation.

Designed for both temporary and permanent applications, it integrates seamlessly with geocells, drain cells, and other ground improvement systems.
